Malmö keeps it up with the good bookings, tonight it’s Ghislain Poirier over at The Rumble @ Inkonst. I’m sad to miss out on it but Ghislain will come to Gothenburg the 14th of next month (at the Clandestino Festival which also has the booking of Warrior Queen ft. The Bug!!!) so it’s all good in the hood. But it’s the last Rumble for the season so u better be there tonight!

One of the main reasons I moved here to Gothenburg was the club life. It was THE place in Sweden where u could go out and see good grime bookings. But that time is now history. Gothenburg has been outmaneuvered by Malmoe, Malmoe sort of has taken the title Little London from Gothenburg with this new club called Club Raw over at Inkonst. Some weeks ago they had Riko and tonight they outshine themselves with bringing Kano and DJ Bionix over to the dirty south. If I were a bnooker in Gothenburg I would have donw everything to book them over here as well while they’re still in Sweden but so far I don’t think anyone has made that move. So no K-A for me tonight I’m afraid. All u others, head down to Inkonst.

Inkonst have so many good bookings up their sleeve right now for the near future, I’ll keep u posted, but one of the names is Kano... Anyway, other guests tonight is Lazee and club Rumble will have the party going before and after the concert.

After last weekend’s anticlimax with Aaron LaCrate, this one is gonna be off the hook! Let’s just say that I understand those Scottie B T-shirts with a crossed over Rusty now. LaCrate was just not good live, and it sucked cuz he did 2 great gigs in Malmö and in Stockholm but here in Gothenburg, he was pure rubbish really. Did a set with sloppy 30 seconds-long old school classics and made the crowd at Kontiki go bananaz to Joan Jett’s L Love Rock’n’Roll and other cheesy trax like that. Kontiki didn’t even had a proper dance floor, such a strange place to have a dance act really so we went before the set was over to the most expensive club in the Swedish history; Push. It cost 30 million, and the interior was all nyce with flashy lights and so on, good sound, but that was pretty much it. Didn’t stand the crowd, wannabee Stockholm-people with a crappy attitude nor the boring house that was played, so we went for some comfort food at 11:ans instead.

Anyway, that were last weekend, tonight I’m going to Uddevalla and have a girls night out with my best friend, was such a long time since we took over a dance floor together, then tomorrow I’m going back here for this BOMB at Rumble! Tonight they will play with Diplo in Malmö and yesterday with DJ Drama in Stockholm, but here it’s all about Benzi and Donnis, just the way I like it. I’m gonna dance until my feet bleed actually.
