_080731: In The Summer

Home from the sun, sea and sand and I’m at least semi tanned, even burnt my kneecaps but still far from the gingerbread I use to be during the summer, but I’m not looking like I’ve just took a bath in bleach like I did before. Other than that everything is normal, Wiley is still chatting breeze on the RWD forum, just that fact is quite funny in my eyez , who has the time with forums when they passed the age of like, let’s say, 20? Or am I just too judgmental now? However, he recently announced that his next single will be In The Summer but released in the autumn for some reason, the 22th of September that is.

The track samples Daft Punk’s Aerodynamic. But let’s be honest, isn’t it just tardy and lazy to borrow more from Daft Punk? Whatever happened to creativity? Must everything follow in line of Bashy and KanYe? But this will probably be another instant smash hit on the charts and on hipster blogs but the the face of grime to come, nah I don’t so, it’s too adapting, at least for my taste. And well, speaking of follow close behind, may I say that God’s Gift’s take on electrogrime takes the genre "ringtone rap" to a whole new level? The .mp3 is an absolute rubbish radiorip, all thanks to Logan "my mouth runs like an old ladies diarrhea" Sama but I actually like the track even if it rides on the whole Rolex/sweeping-bandwagon.

_080731: Beach Frenzy

Last day of July and according to the weather forecast this is probably gonna be the last day of warm weather and sun for a while so my body has gotten a proper sun block rubbed in, the water melon is sliced, the grapes are rinsed, my sister’s here, I’ve stuffed up my .mp3-player with nyce mixes such as this bassline-ish by DJ Venom and DJ Damage, in other words, I’m ready for a whole day on the beach. _080731: Polo Bandana

Soulja Boy turned the big 18 three days ago, happy burfday little fella! Will that mean his records can include explicit lyrics now? Well hopefully. Anyway, Marco Polo is the first single of Soulja Boy's upcoming second album "iSouljaBoy" and Bow Wow's sixth called "Pedigree". Love this song, been played it for months!

The Gucci Bandana in the chorus has got a whole song of it's own ft. Gucci Mane and Shawty Lo and as a minor bonus, the official video for Donk (the previous hot mess-one was the unofficial street video apparently), it has not been available for me to watch (I’m still in the wrong country according to YouTube) until now:

_080730: Hardcore Gangsta Girl

I absolutely love that I moved down here, Gothenburg kills Uppsala and Stockholm with good clubs and bookings. I mean, like tonight, RYE RYE!!! Can u fucking believe?! But one thing I hate about Gothenburg is the small amount of free apartments, so now I’m calling all readers in Gothenburg and around, I need ur help!

The thing is, the girl who’s subletting me this apartment has came to the insight that she and Stockholm is not the perfect match and that she wanna move back, so from the 1st of September I need a place to live. If you know _anything_, please give me a holler. I’m not picky, I like the outskirts (esp. the west of Gothenburg where I live atm) the only thing I need to stress is that I don’t want a flat with vermin such as silverfishes. Please, if u know anything don’t hesitate. I’ve already put out the ads in the papers and so on and the only thing I got was a lousy text wondering if I was single, some moaning-calls from fucked up men and an offer of a cottage with a rent high as Amy Whinehouse in the middle of nowhere. So please, help me!

_080729: Gimmie Kimmie

Gah, I don’t know what to do with myself! I’ve been in a complete chock the whole day. Why? Lil’ Kim is booked to Way Out West-festival here in Gothenburg next week. Seriously, I can’t breathe. She has been my dream booking since like forever, everything I know is based upon Not Tonight from 1997 and now, I don’t have to money to buy myself a ticket! I’m dying, seriously. Way Out West seems to be the only festival in Sweden to count with from now on, I’m so sorry Hultsfred but after yet another year ended in total fiasco with all that knowhow Rockparty have, I’ve given up hope for the Hultsfred festival. It feels so tragic, but that’s the sad and harsh truth.

Anyway, Kimmie has been under fire the past week since publisher Simon & Schuster Inc. announced that it had sued her in the state supreme court in New York claiming that it had paid her $40,000 under a 2004 contract for an unnamed novel and she had never delivered on the contract. A novel signed Kimberley Jones would probably be this time and age guide book for girls, seriously, someone, make Kim write books about sexual education, mandatory for schools, would def learn girls one or two things aside from sexual education today that’s bound to menstruation and reproduction. Lil' Kim's school of sex is way more healthy, atleast according to me.

Mariah Carey doesn’t do stairs, I don’t do throwbacks, but now I can’t keep my hands away, since I didn’t find any remix of Respirator at all, so well, listen and learn my children.

_080729: Gutta Bitch

OH MY, I love this 18 year old guy called Trai’d hailing from Dallas! He sounds like the perfect blend between Lil’ Boosie and Pimp C and kinda looks like Trey Songs and this, his first single from the upcoming album called "TRAI'DMARK" (out soon) is straight fire. I’m absolutely loving it!

.mp3: TRAI'D - Gutta Bitch (FileDen) // (zShare)

_080728: Thug Kisses

U know the perfect kiss? The kiss that feels like a match made in heaven for ur mouth and tongue? When all is just serene and calm, in sync but at the same time just a big blur? I had one of those last night. Seriously, I’m kinda on small clouds to be frank. The dude in question was a fine example, but no more to it than that, it was just all about the kissing for me. Good kissers are _so rare_, so I went into single and mingle mode and just went on with it. It’s so rare that u can have a good fuck more often than a good kiss. And really, to be honest, I do prefer a good kiss and kisser. A good kisser lasts longer. A man who can kiss and sweep u off ur feet is a keeper, a good fuck is, just a good fuck, no more to the story. A good kisser makes the spot on my phone, a random fuck just "yeah yeah u can have my number, u can bell me" and then when he does, I don’t answer. But I don’t have the time to waste my time.

I don’t know why I’m telling y’all this, maby cuz I’m hung over and when I’m hung over I care jack shit about appearance and everything, all my best dates has been in hung over–mode deluxe. Yesterday night and this morning was just pure insanity, rum, my best friend, some fights (yeah plural, who raised the men in their early 20’s?! Rude fucked up guys with no manners what so ever, grow the fuck up). Anyway, nowadays when music just pumps out everywhere kinda like an uncontrolled teenager all jagged up on hormones, good songs are quite as rare as a good kiss. They are hard to find, and Khia’s come-comeback is really not one them. But I’m gonna post this anyway, cuz this shit is so funny. Here's Khia's brand new video:

First it’s funny cuz some parts of the lyric was aimed for Lil’ Wayne, yeah, the I wanna have ur baby-part. Speaking of baby Weezy for that matter, Khia’s remix of Lollipop is hella funny, it kinda has the same opera take rap Ciara pulls off on High Price and Khia knows her licks, that’s fo’ sho. But second, going from be nms licky licky in My Neck – My Back and all that thug misses hard stuff to this weak ass shit in Be Your Lady; I’m gonna be ur lady, I gonna be ur mother, and fold ur clothes, cook ya dinner... etc. I’m chocked.

Khia dismissing herself in Miss Rap Supreme with reciting Respect Me was just wack, and this is to some point even wacker. The video?! What video?! I’ve seen better ones form 10 year olds on YouTube to be frak. The only funny thing is the French maid-dress, but I doubt she’s wearing it as a funny prop, I think she is dead serious. Even worse, after a few listens I found myself humming this utter crap lyrics. Khia dismiss urself from the whole rap game or step ur game up mami. U can’t compete for the Queen of the South title with this! This is not "Nasti Muzik" (the title of her new album, in stores now), this is just nasty and not the good kind. But the forthcoming single Like Me is a masterpiece in comparison to Be Your Lady and it keeps my hope up for Khia, she’s not down for count just yet.

_080723: A Balti Slap In The Face

I feel like a big hypocrite to be honest, when I heard that Baltimore’s Club Queen, DJ K-Swift (Khia Edgerton) drowned in her pool Mondays I just started to shake and cry. I feel like a hypocrite cuz I didn’t know K-Swift at all, just listened to her mixes (she was one of the few DJ-s I actually respected) and so on and here I am grieving a person I never even met. But I think that her death moved me so much cuz it’s almost a year since my friend Jesper of Krazy Fiesta passed away. When he died his death was all over the blogs, I felt sick to my stomach every time I read his name and all condolences from people who didn’t know him. I know that all just meant well, but all those warm and gentle words didn’t bring him back, and now here I am doing the exact same thing. Jesper fell through a roof. I saw the whole thing on the telly that night. Not the actual event, just how the news program had sketched the development of the accident. A sketch showing how he and his former girlfriend traveled through the air, in different poses, just to face their death by hitting a hard cement floor. It was just morbid really. And to some point I think meaningless accidents like falling through a roof or drown in a pool at ur own pool party is so much worse than murders and suicides. Death is death but u don’t have anyone to blame for accidents, they just occurs by the rules of randomness. Randomness seems to have a taste for the finest like picking off the cherries from the Sunday; Aaliyah, Left-Eye, Jesper and now K-Swift. It’s so unfair it’s all that crosses my mind, unfair. R.I.P.

I hate death, I can’t tackle death, death just paralyzes me, so and I’m sorry this post is mood swingy as a 14year old girl but I need to lighten things up. As K-Swift was one of the main figures in the Balitmore scene, here’s an absolutely wonderful and hilarious Balti Club Mix take (actually made by a Swede) of Dave Chapelle/Rick James which I’ve played first thing every morning for the past months just to get in the right mood for the day:

_080721: I Got That Good Good

My brother has headed home to Hultsfred and released my lappie from his hostage so I can finally get the update ratio back to normal people. Yey! My first thought of Ashanti’s second single Good Good (produced by J.D) from her freshly released album "The Declaration", was that it was just as interesting like a colonic or something, the only nyce parts of it is the Good Good-pharsing and the second girl chorus. BUT here’s the proof on how important a good good music video is, as it can turn something quite dull into something memorable. Everything’s right in this, from the used fonts, the color scheme and the empty cans used as hair curlers tangled up in Shanti’s fab hair:

Yeah, absolutely love the corny housewife Gil Elvgren pinup-style take on it, but as Mamie van Doren would have put it: "There is a need to put back the Wo in Woman and empty references to Bettie Page won´t do it". Think Ashanti should drop Nelly to begin with, even if they teamed up quite well on Switch, but I can’t for my life understand their relationship. Just a proper miss match. But anyway, even if I thought the original sucked elephant balls, the track has grown on me and I was so damn happy to get this version from my man Fiend of Big City Sthlm. It’s everything opposite to the original. Speaking of Fiend for that matter, he is also the mastermind behind the production on Henok Achido’s Can’t Take My Cool Off which dropped on some wasteblogs this weekend, I’ve played a spec version of the track since January, but anyway, it’s mental and a struck of genius. That man Fiend has some big things up his sleeve, so stay tuned.

_080717: Till the Casket Drops

The Clipse first single from their forthcoming release "The Clipse Presents: Re-Up Gang" called Fast Life is not exactly Wamp Wamp but I still feel it. The album in stores August 5th and here’s the official video:

Speaking of fast life, I feel so stressed out at the moment, the same feeling I had when I was 15. I feel that my life is over, that I’m old, that I’ve done everything I want to. Can’t describe it other than a minor life crisis perhaps. I just wanna lay somewhere where it’s all quiet and where time stands still and concentrate on how to breathe in and to breathe out and nothing more.

.mp3: The Clipse - Fast Life (Dirty) (YSI) // (zShare)

_080717: Buff Ice Cream

I have never been a bigger fan of Roots Manuva, don’t know what it is really but something about him bugs me. A few days ago the video for the 2nd single called Again and Again from his upcoming album "Slime and Reason" (released in September on Big Dada) saw the light of day:

And for me, it was a letdown. I just don’t feel it at all, it bored me out (yeah even the cricket theme) and in contrast to some hardcore Manuva fans I find myself loving the first single Buff Nuff instead. It’s funny and something special, probably cause of the dancehall-ish production signed Toddla T.

Love the video as well, even if I feel like such a perve associating the ice cream licking with something completely different, but that’s not just me huh? Guess, it’s meant to be that way. Speaking of ice cream for that matter, here’s a living proof on why me and my best friend were completely horny for remixes back in 2004. Remixes can turn something horribly into something absolutely beautiful, like this, DJ Waxmaster’s take on the horrendous punk band Soft Tigers' Mr. Ice Cream. From punk light into juke frenzy.

_080715: Boogiedown Bass

After 4 mixtapes (3 normal grimey ones and 1 tropical sound-one) Mr. Jamie Adenuga’s debut album "Famous?" finally hit the shelves yesterday. Cop it over here on iTunes or in any other download store. I haven’t had time to get it a _proper_ listen just yet, been helping my brother doing some pixelart with hama beads, looking at YouTube shit like Chocolate Rain and baking bread all at the same time, multitasking fo shillze... But I’ve always liked Jme, his voice is sharp, clean and he’s a funny guy. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand he makes killer beats, like the Mario Flag one for instance, was a bit disappointed not to find it on the album. But from what I’ve heard so far "Famous?" is good, even better than I expected.

It contains a few ‘classics’ like Serious his first official single, the one where Jme stress the issue that u don’t have to rap about breasts, guns and other stereotypical things to be a good mc, Awoh and the famous bars in 1 2 3 (my brothers comment to this song was a sarcastic WOW! He c a n count). I know many guys hating on Jme, and I don’t know why, maybe his amazing jaw line or something, jealousy perhaps, on what he actually has accomplished with Boy Better Know. Fame always stings in the eyes of the less fortunate. My absolute fave track so far is def Boogiedown Bass, a proper bread baking tune, got just the right pace to dance around the kitchen with ur hands full of dough... Another fave is Sun, Sea and Sand so easy but with a happy production, it really emphasize the summer felling for me. Another one I like is Road Runner, the silly meep meep-sounds, it’s the little things that makes something whole.

But yeah, there’s a track I hate, it’s not Jme’s fault really, it’s cause of the grey-haired fugly bastard Tim Westwood in Power. Plz someone, cut his vocal cords out or something, (no I don’t mean it literally but u get me). The well hyped superhero pastiche is quite cute but I can’t accept Westwood under any circumstance, so sad cuz the production signed Mr V is MENTAL. But Westwood’s voice ruins it all for me, to make an easy analogy, it’s to have sex but not be able to cum, ice cream without the cream and so on. I hate to put albums in comparison to one another but it’s quite inevitable, and this one outshines Wiley’s last by far. Yeah I’m serious (no pun intended) but "Famous?" gonna last waaay longer for me than "Grime Wave" or any Wiley release has for that matter. Aside from the Rolex-hype and Roll Deep Wiley feels kinda weard and teard, Jme’s wears his own garms, and brings something fresh to the scene. Can’t wait for the BBK album "V.I.P". to drop later this summer, it will hopefully bring back some life in old Wiley as well and it contains my little baby Too Many Mans.

_080714: 3 Times Platt

Uhhhh, I’m soooo hung over, my head is like a big empty room with loads of oompa loompas doing cartwheels back and forth, I can’t think. Yesterday, for the first time in my entire life I passed out during a party. Hence this hung over deluxe. But it was some good fun before I signed off. The police even came (5 of 'em, a whole fucking van, guess it’s not much to do in Gothenburg these days after the finding of OG-leader Denho "Dano" Acar) and me and some policewoman was in strict consensus of using the small letters. But best thing involving the police and a house party must be when I was 17 and still living in Hultsfred. The party was held by a classmate of mine (who robbed the jewelry store some year later, straight G), me and girlfriend was laying all tangled up in a shower curtain on the toilet (don’t ask why), the police came, rang the doorbell, the most drunken girl opened the door and what did she do? We had full sight over the doorway and she threw up right in the face of the police. The party yesterday was pebbles in comparison.

I need to get some sleep but to get myself up in a fresh state tomorrow I’ve taken the help of Mr. Anthony Platt aka. DJ Unk. First a new banger along with the Ying Yang Twins. Proper proper proper! Kinda reminds me of Gucci Crew's old Sally (That Girl). This is the way I like the twins and their new album "A.T.L. Holes" will be out soon. Second, the second half of UNK’s new single from the upcoming album "2nd Season", have played the first part called In Yo Face quite alot during the spring and this one is even better, LOVE it. And third, a collabo with Ray J. Softer, gentler but still fire.

_080711: Cover Me Up

My little brother paid me a surprise visit today, he’s in fact lying on my sofa snoring his brains out right now. He also surprised me with the news that he from now on likes Daddy Yankee and Pitbull. I seriously went proud. He has walked in me and my sisters musical foot steppes before, I guess it’s inevitable not to snap up ur older siblings music taste and he certainly has. When I was 14 I listened to skate punk, so did he, he was 7, at my age of 16 me and my sisters were deep into the hardcore/punk shit, he was there as well at the age of 9 and in that pattern it has continued. Last summer he reveled himself as a big fan of Dizzee and grime and now this. I’ve got no children to raise in the taste of good music so I’m happy to see this development. Love him. Speaking of Dizz and Pitbull for that matter, it's cover time.

First Pitbull, who's about to drop a new mixtape soon called "Free Agent" and this is a rather serious and political cover over Estelle’s American Boy addressed straight to the white house. Second, Dizzee’s take on Ting Ting’s That’s Not My Name. Even if I’m no longer listen to things like Ting Ting's on a regular basis the latter one pass cuz it’s a solid contribution by Dizzee like the one he did in BPA’s Toe Jam. Now I gotta get some sleep, when I wake up we’re gonna have a tournament in Mario Kart on my good old school Super Nintendo. One arena where my brother still whoops my sorry juicy ass.

_080710: Give Me Bread

This by La Chat and Gangsta Boo is a complete 360, flipping the tables upside down and representing for all the ladies while going hard at Three 6 Mafia with a sarcastic as they wanna be twist.

The collabo came as big surprise and that’s not all, La Chat and Boo are soon to release a mixtape and a full length album together, unplanned at first but now done by popular demand. Yeah, and there’s even more, Boo’s solo album with Drum Squad called called "For Ever Gangsta" will be out later this year and La Chat also got one dropping in 2008 called "Da Hood Homegirl". Thank God, I’ve missed these two ladies in the scene.

_080709: Swerve N Juke The Cake

The past weeks my mailbox been so flooded with contributing material it’s absolutely ridiculous. What’s even MORE ridiculous is when promotion companies, record labels and even artists themselves submit things that’s not in my regular span what so ever and begging me to get them some coverage. I’m so sorry for letting all u guys down by not posting ur stuff on here, but it’s an issue of time really. I don’t even have time to get through the most important mails I get during the days so and I try to stick by the rule to only post things that I truly like. My site = my rules. Nuff complaining, (I’m in a kinda bad mood, I’m hung over and my throat is sore again), but I do get many nyce things in the pipeline as well. Like this from the Movement providing me with stuff from Hollywood Hold and Mic Terror. Two guys, hailing from Illinois and both doing awesome dirty/booty popping/sexy/dancy-rap-music.

First up, Juke Them Hoes from Mic Terror produced by Mano. U can tell by a quick glanze at the title of this track that it’s good. And it is. Funniest part must be the line that feminists thinks that this kind of music is offensive but that’s such a cliché. I’m a feminist to the bare core but really, I got offended by things like that when was in my teens, now, the world is more complex and there’s 2 ways of saying hoe to a girl. If u say it in this way or if u say it like u really mean it. A guy who looks at girls as a potential hole to stick his sorry excuse for a cock in is so tardy and unsecure of himself that I usually just laugh at them nowadays. That’s no real man. And most guys understand that and as long we’re all on the same page there’s no reason for the battle of the sexes. To recharge negative words with positivity u take the edge of things, and I like to do that. Anyway, artist bio’s on MySpace can be utter rubbish when they are written in a 3rd person perspective but Mic Terror’s was quite funny: Mic Terror was born a full grown man in a laboratory in Austria, Germany, one late night in 1942 at the Auschwitz concentration camp. Mic Terror was a top secret experiment gone wrong. The Nazis attempted to make the perfect man and they got pissed when they discovered he was 'black'. The Nazi scientist tried to terminate Mic Terror, but he broke loose...to wreak havoc on the world as Mic Terror.... Creative! Hopefully the video for this will be out soon.

Second, Hollywood Holt who keep up ChiTown’s good reputation with these two bangers. The Klever remix of Caked Up is straight fire.

_080709: All or Nothing

When Mashonda was married to Swizz Beats she tragically fell into that trophy wifey category for me. U know, when everyone knows her as the wife of Swizz beats not as Masoda, the r'n'b-singer and stunning model. Her career didn’t go that well when they were married either, she had a debut album out in 2005 but it went called back and was released in Japan only for some reason, but now they have split up and the rest of the world seems to be ready for some Mashonda flava. This track, the first single from her 'real' upcoming debut album (called "The Renovation Series" which will drop sometime later this year or in early 2009) features The First Lady of the Dancehall: Lady Saw. Good prospect on paper but good in reality? Well, yeah. I don’t like what Lady Saw are up to these days, "Walk Out" was so soft and mellow, I was disappointed, I miss the rawness that made me love her in the first place from tracks like Eh-Em, Stab Out the Meat and Striptease. But well, All or Nothing is a very good song, perhaps the Tony Kelly signed production is too slow for me sometimes, but it really doesn’t matter when it fits perfectly with Mashonda’s gentle and sugary sweet voice, esp. the 'okay'-sayings. LOVE 'EM!

_080707: Stay, ay, ay, ay

Such a nyce day this is turning out to! Great weather, my hair is freshly dyed (I don’t look like a cancer patient on chemo anymore), I’m soon to head off to Uddevalla to my best friend and her birthday party for some proper wine and dine. Lovely! This day is packed with so many good releases as well peeps. I’ve already given Dance Wiv me some air, but there are so many more. Among them, the free mixtape from Chipmunk to promote his debut album and speaking of Chippy, he joins the Boy Better Know–camp on their official remix of Jay Sean’s single Stay. Stay, out today with all them remixes from Soundbwoy, Desi and of course, the stunning BBK-one.

_080707: Number 1

What did I say back in January? Didn’t I tell y’all that this was going to be a huge hit? And with the facts on my hand, it is. Dizzee’s Dance Wiv Me went straight right into the 1st place on the UK Single Charts the first week of its release, without any major label involvement. Good job, and the first time ever any grime artist hits the number 1 spot. But the shitty .mp3 every other blog sending round like a zoot around youngsters irritates the hell out of me, it’s not proper! So let’s get things straight, here’s the extended Calvin Harris mix with Chrome’s ultra smooth intro and ending and all that wonderful jazz in between. Speaking of Dizzee btw, he went on the "F-Word"-show on Channel 4 with my grannies fave tv-personality Gordon Ramsay last week, haven’t seen it yet thou, but it’s probably gonna be hilarious. Anyway, Dance Wiv Me out in shops today so get out and add it to ur collection, out on vinyl and CDS!

This shit from London's Majestic Mc is hella funny and it’s funny cuz I hate condoms. Nah, not in that cliché male way like it’s uncomfortable or something, it all relates to a teacher I had when I was like 12 who had the burden of having sexual education time with my class. After a long rant about female sex as in reproduction and menstruation only and men’s habit of jerking off (nothing about females here either, no females engaging and enjoying sex, is that REALLY possible?! z_z) he f i n a l l y came to the mandatory "How-to-roll-on-a-condom-on-a-banana"-part, and failed, miserably. He was this ugly man, in his mid 40’s, and the only thing that crossed my mind was, "He has never even had sex, why is he forced to do this" but he tried, but the grand failure was too much lubricant on the condom so it slipped in his nervous hands and took a long air ride, all over the class room and landed – right in my long blonde newly permed hair. There I sat with a sloppy condom dripping lubricant all over my clothes, scarred for life. Then on the other hand, I don’t like popping pills and trixing with the hormones either so I’ll guess I’m stuck with the condom since we don’t have femidoms in Sweden. And using a condom is better than getting any sexually transmitted disease really.

_080703: A Official Milli Juke

This official video below of A Milli is censored to that state it’s absolute ridiculous, what the hell is so sensitive with the words menstrual bleed or venereal disease?! But aside from that I like it, it’s Weezy. But I’ve grown dead tired of the original since all freemixes, freestyles, remixes and everything so here’s a juked out banger signed Thunderous Olympian instead. ILL!

_080703: The Train Of Victory

My brother belled me yesterday all jagged up and shouted "FELICIA, U WHO GOT SOME CONTACTS, GET ME MASKINEN’S NEW SINGLE!" but he’ll have to wait until the official release the 14th (added with remixes from Dada Life and Martin Skogehall). Segertåget (in translation: The Train Of Victory) is not Alla Som Inte Dansar but it’s kinda funny with the late baile funk-take and the whole Wu Tang-tribute is so cute. I like. Here’s the official video, created by Dag Månsson and Karl Nord:

_080703: Getchya No Mama!

Cough, sneeze and fever. It’s like I’m _always_ sick, and I am on a regular basis basically, at least once a month, guess my body hasn’t cured up from everything just yet, my immunes system is pretty much non existing. So I was supposed to going to the gym tomorrow morning, for the first time in like 11 years, but since I got a fever I’m not. I will not make my debut at that place as some feverish coughing cow, so I’m gonna head down to my beach instead and get some tan work done and sweat this shitty thing out. I’m also gonna sketch on a new layout for the site, have some exiting things planned for First Up! In the near future, but It’s gonna take some time peeps, cuz I wanna get everything just right. If u have any suggestions on how to improve the site, in any way, plz write ‘em out in the comment box above, all input is welcome.

I still haven’t grown tired of this track and I really like this brand new video, it’s just sad that Kellz is not innit as well in those white platform shoes:

Hot Stylz keeps up their comic style in this Yo Mama, some Yo Mama-shit is always funny, or? Anyway, the production on this feels like a nursery rhyme, can't put my finger on what it is, however u know I like it, really catchy and the girl in the chorus, LOVE HER!

_080702: Attack of the BLONDES

Its one thing I hate about the summer, and it’s that the sun really make my blonde roots look white, so if I have any outgrowth (as the 2 cm I have now) it looks like I’m lacking hair on some places. Was going to get some to dye the shit with but the color I use was sold out in my store, so well, my hair is gonna look like shit for some days more, thank god for caps I say! Gonna go on about 3 proper blondes today instead.

First up; Goldielocks. Received this remix by Semothy Jones from the "Urban Nerds Presents - Semothy Jones" mix the other day and I def fell for it. SEM and Goldie actually has their first single out soon on vinyl called Smash & Grab and hopefully with Doctor and Shizzle on the remix.

Second: First Up’s fave blonde Lauren Mason has her debut album "Keepin It Blonde" out on iTunes today! And don’t miss the current single Haterad, giving some hater a proper respons. Klick the pic after the jump to cop the album.

Third: Roxy Cottontial's "Blonde Ambition" mixtape mixed by Low B is out as well (and has been for a while, I’ve just been lazy). Download it in the direct link below.

_080701: Cold Sweep

Got some new nail decorations in my mail today, nails are the perfect hobby: fun, creative, keep ur mind busy and u produce something good looking and wearable. Guess what I got? Some golden Rolex-crowns. I thought, well, If ur out doing the Rolex Sweep why not dress ur nails up to par? Anyway, here’s the official sweeping video, directed by Mighty Mo, and it looks hella proper! Don’t cha think?

Personally, I love it, esp. the M.J.-little person! The single has been delayed, new dates are: on iTunes from the 15th of September and in stores on the 22nd of September. Until then, Skepta’s official remix along with Coldplay. My mami actually loves this, she’s a big fan of Chris, during my week in Hultsfred she spoke about him constantly, and as we all know, mum better know!

_080701: Hands In The Cookie Jar

This is the first track ever by The Gym Class Heroes I actually like. Probably cuz The Dream is innit. U know what would be nyce for the official remix? Of course, to put Kellz on it! Would be so banging! Either way, the hook on this is really catchy and so appealing and quite easy to apply to the real life, at least for me. Yeah, I’ve been a cookie and I’ve been sneaking out to eat cookies I wasn’t allowed to eat. But that is all in the past. Back then I separated sex from love, which I may still do on some occasions, cuz it’s two different things, but now I’m grown, wiser and I don’t wanna have a relationship with someone and a jar of cookies, know what I mean? I can’t deal with that stress it brings to the table. Okay, if ur both fine with the condition that sex with others is ok, which I can be, just don’t flaunt it in my face and I won’t flaunt mine urs. Some might think that that is totally whorish and fine, u may do, each relationship is different from another, it’s just easy as that basically.

Speaking of our man Kellz for that matter, now, a bit late, he has jumped on Lil’ Wayne’s A Milli-train as well, but aside from most people his verse on this remix absolutely kills it. Check the file below, it has some annoying data-click-sounds innit, people, if u gonna rip, do it properly, plox? Well, Gym Class Heroes will release their fourth album the 9th of September (one day before my birthday) and it will be called "The Quilt", cuz the tacks are gonna be quilted together, a pretty cute idea really. Aside from Cookie Jar which will be the first single, I’m really looking forward to the Tell-Hip Hop track with Estelle and T.I. It’s a really good prospect.
